Target learners: For children aged 5 and above

Objectives: Help children master official swimming techniques and build essential self-protection skills in dangerous water situations

Course Description:

  • Free entry-level test
  • 100% swimming proficiency guaranteed after the course
  • Diverse swimming classes: breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly
  • 1-on-1 personal training available
  • Small class sizes for high interaction: 1–4 students/ class
  • Coaches fluent in both English and Vietnamese
  • American-standard curriculum and internationally certified facilities

    Age Group: Needs strong physique and high focus.
    Duration: 45 minutes/ session
    Description: Master butterfly and freestyle (front crawl) techniques.
    Activities: Surface butterfly kick, Underwater butterfly kick, Timed butterfly kicks, Learn butterfly stroke, Breaststroke 2 strokes in 5m, 15m butterfly stroke, Freestyle and backstroke with flip turns and starts, Combine and refine all techniques into complete stroke sets

    Activities: Warm-up before class, Floating on water surface, Breaststroke kick drills, Arm sculling and pulling, Breathing coordination, Combine and refine all swimming techniques into full strokes
