Target learners: For children from 4 months old (parents participate together with their child)

Objectives: To develop water safety skills (recognizing and preventing potential risks in water environments and maintaining an active, prepared position while swimming) and foundational swimming techniques.

Course Description:

  • Free entry-level test
  • Four-level curriculum
  • Small class sizes for high interaction: 1–4 students per class
  • Close supervision and regular progress tracking by the coach
  • Coaches are fluent in both English and Vietnamese
  • American-standard curriculum and internationally certified facilities

    Age Group: Over 4 years old
    Duration: 45 minutes/ session
    Description: Equip children with water safety skills and how to react if they fall into water.
    Activities: Blow bubbles 10 times (Inhale and blow underwater), Float on back for 10 seconds (Airplane arms), Float on stomach for 10 seconds (Starfish arms), Jump into the water, Perform “rocket arms” (Dive and float), Practice independent breathing

    Description: Train water safety and how to react when falling into the water.
    Activities: Blowing bubbles underwater (10 times), Back float for 10 seconds (Superman arms), Face-down float for 10 seconds (Sea star arms), Jumping in - floating like a candle (vertical position), Self-rescue by flipping over and swimming back

    Activities: Safe water entry - warm-up, Floating - rotation under water, Diving - jumping in, Blowing bubbles, Floating toys - balance on floating boards
